Synopsis:
Bai Ge Gen, the project team leader overseeing the construction of the Qinghai–Tibet Highway, and his wife Zhang Qin Qin take in an abandoned little girl and raise her as their own, giving her the name Bai Ju.
Growing up in the harsh yet beautiful environment of the Gobi Desert, Bai Ju is deeply shaped by the Bai family’s selfless spirit and the resilience of the land that raised her. Inspired by their dedication, she eventually becomes a police officer and later joins a mountain patrol unit.
